Following the success of Prey on its streaming-exclusive release, the Predator franchise is back on the big screen with Badlands. With Elle Fanning leading the cast and Dan Trachtenberg directing, the film is expected to deliver top-notch predator action that is worthy of seeing in theaters. Not only that, it’s a standalone installment, and you don’t need to have seen the previous movies to enjoy it.
Die My Love (November 7) – In Theaters
Die My Love follows Grace, a writer and young mother, who is slowly slipping into madness. Locked away in an old house in and around Montana, we see her acting increasingly agitated and erratic, leaving her companion, Jackson, increasingly worried and helpless.
Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson star in the film, which marked acclaimed filmmaker Lynne Ramsay’s latest work. Lawrence’s performance is also getting praises, with some even saying that she is worthy of an Oscar Best Actress nomination.
Frankenstein (November 7) – Netflix
Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein is a new adaptation of Mary Shelley’s classic tale of Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant but egotistical scientist who brings a creature to life in a monstrous experiment that ultimately leads to the undoing of both the creator and his tragic creation.
The film has been receiving a lot of praise from critics since its premiere at the Venice International Film Festival, with highlights towards del Toro’s visionary take on the classic novel, Jacob Elordi’s performance as the Monster, and the craftsmanship.
While it will be available globally on Netflix starting November 7, you can still catch it in select theaters today.
The Running Man (November 14) – In Theaters
Edgar Wright’s The Running Man follows Ben Richards, desperate to save his sick daughter, who decides to join a game show where contestants, allowed to go anywhere in the world, are pursued by “Hunters” hired to kill them.
The Glen Powell-starred film is a new adaptation of the classic Stephen King novel, which is expected to be more faithful to the source material and a modern take on the story. Based on what we’ve seen in the trailers, it looks like the type of action film that deserves to be seen on the biggest screen possible.
Now You See Me: Now You Don’t (November 14) – In Theaters
In Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, The Four Horsemen return along with a new generation of illusionists performing mind-melding twists, turns, surprises, and magic unlike anything ever captured on film.

Fans are excited to see what other tricks they have up their sleeves for the upcoming installment, with some even suggesting that the recent Louvre heist might be connected to the film.
Wicked: For Good (November 21) – In Theaters
Wicked: For Good serves as the second part of last year’s musical smash hit, which follows Elphaba, the future Wicked Witch of the West, and her relationship with Glinda, the Good Witch of the North. The same cast and crew, headed by Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, from the first film are back for the epic conclusion.
A lot of fans have been anticipating the film’s release to see whether they will manage to stick the landing in its epic tale. Fortunately, based on the early social media reactions, it looks like it will be a satisfying conclusion and will have audiences tear up as they leave the theaters.

As he immerses himself in his clients’ worlds, he begins to form genuine bonds that blur the lines between performance and reality.
The film marks Brendan Fraser’s first major project since his Oscar victory, and, just like The Whale, this is expected to be a tear-jerker for audiences. It has also received praise from critics in its festival run for its light-hearted tone, crowd-pleasing presentation, and Fraser’s performance.
Zootopia 2 (November 26) – In Theaters
In Zootopia 2, Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde find themselves on the twisting trail of a mysterious reptile who arrives in Zootopia and turns the mammal metropolis upside down. To crack the case, Judy and Nick must go undercover to unexpected new parts of town, where their growing partnership is tested like never before.
The film is one of the most highly anticipated releases this year, as it’s been nine years since the first installment was released, and fans are hoping that it is a worthy follow-up that delivers a rich and thoughtful message that is relevant today. This will also release just in time for Thanksgiving weekend, when families are expected to spend time in theaters.
