This week on Netflix, the long-awaited second season of Beef has arrived. Now an anthology series, the show features a completely new cast and storyline from the first award-winning season.On Prime Video, tune in to Jerry West: The Logo, a documentary about the NBA great that provides a look at the influence that the player-turned-sports-exec had on the game. And on Peacock, another sports legend is profiled in The Heartbreak Kid: Becoming Shawn Michaels. These titles and so many more are available to watch now.

New on Netflix April 16: Beef (Season 2)

The first season of Beef was just meant to be a limited series, but after it won all the awards, a second season starring Carey Mulligan, Oscar Isaac, Charles Melton and Cailee Spaeny is hoping to recapture the magic of the first. The new season features Spaeny and Melton as a young couple whose lives spiral out of control after they witness a fight between their boss (Isaac) and his wife (Mulligan). All eight episodes of the show are out now.

Shawn Michaels was one of the biggest WWE stars on the 1990s and he took everything he learned from his time in the ring and now applies it to the next generation of wrestling stars, as the Senior Vice President of Talent Development Creative for the NXT wrestling brand. The Heartbreak Kid: Becoming Shawn Michaels is a new docuseries on Peacock about Michaels’ rise in the industry and his enduring love of the sport.

Basketball star Jerry West was so iconic that it’s his silhouette you see each time you look at the logo for the NBA. West is regarded as one of the greatest American players of all time, and the new Prime Video documentary Jerry West: The Logo, directed by Kenya Barris, explores the price of fame and the toll it took on West. The documentary features some of the last recorded interviews with West before his death in 2024, along with commentary from players like Michael Jordan, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Kevin Durant, Magic Johnson and many more. The film is out now.
