The Blue Blur and his friends are back as Paramount just released the trailer for the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie.  The trailer features Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends Tails and Knuckles as they enlist the help of Dr. Robotnik to fight a new threat, Shadow the Hedgehog. I must say it looks pretty fun and I’m looking forward to seeing this one in the theaters.

Ben Schwartz reprises his role as the voice of Sonic as well as Idris Elba returning as the voice of Knuckles. I’m pretty excited that Jim Carrey is returning as Dr. Robotnik, as well as the addition of Keanu Reeves voicing the penultimate edge lord, Shadow the Hedgehog, to the movie universe’s villains roster. Following a pair of films that took in over $319M in box office grosses worldwide, the movie is slated for release on December 20 2024, and it can’t get here fast enough!
