Lycanthropy threatens a family in the new remake of Wolf Man with the full trailer now online. Universal Pictures released the trailer for the Leigh Whannell-directed horror film, and you can check it out below.
The trailer shows our core family — father Blake (Chris Abbott), mother Charlotte (Julia Garner), and daughter Ginger (Matilda Firth) in the aftermath of a terrifying car accident while moving. They take refuge in a house, but the father is wounded by a monster while escaping and he begins to transform. It then becomes falls on the mother to get herself and her daughter to safety.
The film releases on January 17th, 2025. It is described as follows:
The film follows Blake (Abbott), a San Francisco husband and father, who inherits his remote childhood home in rural Oregon after his own father vanishes and is presumed dead. With his marriage to his high-powered wife, Charlotte (Garner), fraying, Blake persuades Charlotte to take a break from the city and visit the property with their young daughter, Ginger (Matilda Firth). But as the family approaches the farmhouse in the dead of night, they’re attacked by an unseen animal and, in a desperate escape, barricade themselves inside the home as the creature prowls the perimeter. As the night stretches on, however, Blake begins to behave strangely, transforming into something unrecognizable, and Charlotte will be forced to decide whether the terror within their house is more lethal than the danger without.
