The teaser of the historical thriller The Sabarmati Report is out and it sees Vikrant Massey as a brave journalist trying to decode the Godhra incident that shook the nation in 2002. He is accompanied by Raashii Khanna in his mission and we also get to see a glimpse of Riddhi Dogra as a senior journalist.

The film is based on the Godhra train burning incident, one of the most harrowing incidents in India’s history. On the morning of February 27, 2002, a sudden fire broke out on the Sabarmati Express, killing 59 pilgrims and karsevaks who were returning from Ayodhya. While not much has been said or heard about this incident, The Sabarmati Report aims to lift the curtain and present what the nation has never seen.

Helmed by Dheeraj Sarna, the film stars Vikrant Massey, Raashii Khanna, and Riddhi Dogra. It is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Amul V Mohan and Anshul Mohan. The film will be released in theatres on 15th November 2024.
