Mandana had accused Sajid Khan of serious allegations during the #MeToo movement. She also stated that the lack of respect for women in the industry led her to step away. Currently, Mandana is active in the education sector. After studying interior design, she is now working in this field and is a visiting professor at several institutes. She recently spoke about her decision to leave the industry.

Mandana Talks About Leaving the Industry

Mandana shared, “I started modeling at a very young age and had to handle myself, but I always regretted not being able to attend school. One of my friends has an interior design firm, and he suggested I explore this field. When I got to know about it, I started enjoying it.” The 36-year-old actress believes she is now in a career she genuinely enjoys. “I never liked acting or the industry,” she added.

Mandana’s Flop Film Career

Mandana went on to explain, “Now my focus is on projects, events, and school.” She feels that her life has completely changed. She said, “Now I finish my office work, then come home, and go to school. My life has changed a lot, but I like it.” It’s worth mentioning that Mandana has only worked in five films—Roy, Bhag Johnny, Main Aur Charles, Kya Kool Hai Hum 3, and Thar—all of which were flops.
