And in this video post, we present you a crazy Rube Goldberg machine telling the ecstatic story of three ball brothers called Biita, Biisuke, and Biigoro. It’s an action story of the three ball brothers where Biisuke set out to the forest to find courage acorns for his brothers Biita and Biigoro but was quickly trapped in a black ball’s net the moment he found the acorns. What unfolds after our eyes is an epic tale of courage, survival and the collective triumph of the three ball brothers.

The three balls’ adventure was set up in a Rube Goldberg machine style which was named after the American inventor, engineer, sculptor, author, and cartoonist Reuben Goldberg. A Rube Goldberg machine is widely popular to deliberately perform simple tasks into a complex and prolonged series of events. The chain reaction that happens when a Rube Goldberg machine is triggered has a domino effect which causes the audience to be entranced with the event to see what would happen next in the line. The series of actions happen mostly because of physics.

This short movie is such a worthwhile watch as I hold my breath for what domino effect action will happen next. Biisuke ball’s big adventure was aired by the Japanese television series called Pitagora Suitchi (Pythagoras Switch). Like most action films, this three balls adventure also has a cool soundtrack/commentary which adds excitement to the satisfying ending. It reminds me of some anime tv series I used to watch when I was a kid in the late 90s. I think what made this a satisfying watch for me is the nostalgic effect it brought out and, of course, the intelligent use of physics to achieve a Rube Goldberg setting.
