Bobby Deol marked a remarkable milestone on Monday, celebrating three decades in Bollywood. He marked the special occasion by spending time with the people who have supported him throughout his journey, his fans and the paparazzi. The younger son of legendary actor Dharmendra, Bobby made his silver-screen debut with Barsaat, released on October 6 in 1995.
To commemorate the occasion, Bobby also cut a cake surrounded by his well-wishers and media friends. The celebrations were casual yet heartwarming, with the actor sharing laughter, smiles and candid moments with everyone present. Fans and paparazzi were thrilled to see him so close, turning the event into a sweet meet-and-greet session.
One particularly standout moment came when Bobby posed for pictures alongside both the paparazzi and admirers. The energy was infectious as everyone followed his lead as he recreated an iconic gesture from his film Animal.

Earlier in the day, Bobby Deol shared a touching post on social media to mark his 30 years in the film industry. He also thanked his fans for making his journey “worthwhile”, adding he is just “getting started”. The post featured a video montage that included glimpses of all the posters of the film and in the background, he is heard talking about his career and how Animal changed his life.
“30 years of many emotions on and off screen … all made worthwhile by your love. That fire still burns and I’m just getting started!” Bobby wrote as the caption.
Bobby Deol’s Journey In Bollywood
Over the years, Bobby Deol has delivered some unforgettable roles in films like Gupt, Soldier and Apne, earning a special place in the hearts of audiences. Even today, he shows no signs of slowing down. His latest film Bandar (Monkey In A Cage) was showcased at the Special Presentations section at the 50th edition of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Produced by Nikhil Dwivedi and directed by Anurag Kashyap, Bandar also stars Saba Azad, Sanya Malhotra and Sapna Pabbi in key roles.
Looking forward, Bobby Deol has Alia Bhatt-starrer Alpha. The spy thriller also stars Sharvari in the lead role and is directed by Shiv Rawail. It is set to hit theatres during the big Christmas holiday weekend in 2025. Besides, Bobby has the political action thriller film Jana Nayagan starring Vijay and Pooja Hegde in lead roles.
