To his surprise, the agency finalised him, and he was called to Delhi for an audition. With his parents’ support, he attended the audition and landed his first project, earning Rs. 25,000 in 1994.
Sudhanshu mentioned that his looks were widely appreciated after this project. His first print advertisement appeared as the centre spread of Time magazine, catapulting him to the status of a top model in the industry. He reminisced, “Milind Soman used to hold my face and show it off to everyone, saying how beautiful I looked.” Additionally, he recalled hearing Aishwarya Rai Bachchan praising him and calling him the next supermodel.
