Acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Kashyap is all praise for the three Khans in Hindi cinema. The ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ recently expressed his appreciation for superstars Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan. Anurag Kashyap recently spoke about how the three Khans do not charge fees for their film. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Anurag Kashyap stated that though he don’t work with big actors, the three Khans are very cost-conscious. He divulged that Shah Rukh, Salman, and Aamir do not charge a fee, instead, they earn from the backend earnings, so their films are not expensive.

He was sharing his insights on the rising entourage costs of actors. Anurag Kashyap opined that a lot of money often goes into useless things. He stated that actors’ fees are dictated by industry standards. He also added that the films that he makes, are set on a limited budget. “Most of the times, I forfeit my fee as well, “ Kashyap said. He also revealed that 60 percent of the films he made in his career are with zero fees. “Biggest example is Gangs of Wasseypur. My fees was zero because I didn’t want to replace actors with big stars,” he divulged.
