Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly sustained a not-so-intense muscular injury while filming intense action scenes for his upcoming movie, King. He was filming for the big-ticket Bollywood movie at Golden Tobacco studio in Mumbai. The incident seems to have happened some days ago.
As per a few news reports that emerged on Saturday, the Pathaan and Jawan actor traveled to the United States for urgent medical treatment soon after the injury.
Since then, he has been advised to take a one-month break from work to recover. The injury is described as not serious but is a muscular strain.
Therefore, King will resume its shoot only in September or even later. The film, directed by Siddharth Anand, will hit the screens in late 2026.
