The 77th edition of the prestigious Cannes Film Festival 2024 is going in full swing and till now we got to witness the magnificent appearance of some of the most popular names from India, including Bollywood celebrities and influencers. While the Cannes festival has traditionally been there to celebrate cinema and reward the year’s best films, this year we saw many influencers walking the red carpet who have no direct connection to films being showcased.
For example, Nancy Tyagi appeared at the festival in her self-stitched pink ruffled gown and garnered much attention from the audience. Similarly, other influencers like Niharika NM, Ankush Bahuguna and others appeared at the festival. Did they pay their own way? Or were they sponsored by brands?

One of the digital creators, Aishwarya Subramanyam, whose Instagram handle is Otherwarya, took to her IG stories to reveal that who graced the film festival had paid a hefty sum to be a part of it. Taking to her Instagram stories, she discussed behind-the-scenes of Cannes. One of her followers replied to her stories and revealed that Nancy Tyagi, who is managed by Monk Entertainment, an agency by the popular YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, paid around Rs 8 lakh to be at the film festival.
She also revealed that the Cannes collab reel with A+ creators is anywhere between 15 to 20 Lakh.

How Much Did Other Influencers Pay To Attend Cannes Festivals 2024?
In the following screenshots of the IG stories, Aishwarya mentioned the prices of tickets for various events at the 77th Cannes Film Festival and also disclosed how much influencers like Raj Shamani, Sharan Hedge and Vishnu Kaushal have paid to walk the red carpet.
While the entrepreneur and content creator Raj Shamani 35 Lakh, Sharan Hedge gave 22 Lakh to Brut for a ticket. Also, popular content creator Vishnu Kaushal, who is famous for his comic videos paid 25 Lakh to grace the Cannes Festival 2024.
