In the recent past, numerous Bollywood and South Indian films have been leaked on various illegal platforms. And now, trouble’s brewing for Thandel! Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi’s latest flick has fallen victim to online piracy, with the full movie shockingly leaked on illegal platforms. Thandel had released in theatres on February 7.

Sadly, reports suggest that Thandel has made its way onto several illegal websites, with pirated copies surfacing online. Platforms notorious for piracy, like Filmyzilla, are said to have made the film available for download. Thandel is now available on a number of sites, including Filmyzilla, Movierulez, Telegram, Tamilrockerz, and others in 1080p, 720p, 480p, 360p, 240p, and HD versions.

Recently, Ajith Kumar’s Vidaamuyarchi, Ram Charan’s Game Changer and Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2, among many others, had also fallen victim to various piracy sites.

Thandel is a romantic action thriller film written and directed by Chandoo Mondeti. It has been produced by Bunny Vasu under Geetha Arts. The film is based on a real-life incident that occurred in 2018.

Piracy has become a frustrating challenge for the film industry, with both Bollywood and South Indian movies frequently falling victim. While some may see leaked copies as a “free” treat, they come at a huge cost. Imagine the countless hours, effort, and creativity poured into making a film, only for it to be devalued by illegal sharing. That’s not just a loss for filmmakers — it chips away at the future of great storytelling.

Beyond that, pirated websites are a digital minefield, often exposing users to malware and security risks. Other risks you can face are legal troubles, unexpected financial losses, compromised content quality and exposure to unsafe content. Plus, it’s a legal offense under the Copyright Act of 1957 — definitely not worth the trouble for a subpar viewing experience.

Let’s say no to piracy!
