The controversy has caused a stir in the Korean entertainment scene. In 2022, Jimin gave Lee Jin Ho a significant sum, believing the comedian’s claims of urgent financial needs. Recently, Lee revealed his struggle with a severe gambling addiction, admitting that he used the money from Jimin to feed his habit. He also confessed to borrowing money from other celebrities, fabricating stories about financial difficulties to secure loans.
Following this revelation, Lee Jin Ho has faced backlash and has been let go from the variety show Knowing Bros. As fans rally around Jimin during this challenging time, the incident has highlighted the darker side of fame and trust in the entertainment industry.
