Guwahati, April 6: A Bollywood film will be made against the backdrop of Assam actor Sudesh Berry announced at a press conference on Saturday in Guwahati that he will be making a Bollywood thriller about the culture and traditions of Assam.
He said “I have been thinking of Lachit Barphukan for a long time, I am thinking of making a film against the backdrop of Assam as i am enchanted by the beauty of Brahmaputra. I will try to show the scenery of Assam in Bollywood movies. I want to show what Assam is like through the movie. I am coming to Assam to see the places where the scenes will be shot in Assam. Tentatively the shooting will start from November. The film is scheduled to be released early next year. He said he cannot say whether the film will be made in Assamese or dubbed in the future.
He also expressed his desire to act in Assamese language films if given the opportunity. He also spoke to reporters about his roles in various roles.
