Zeenat Aman has recently took to social media to praise her mother who decided to give up on her job when Zeenat started pursuing acting. Calling her mother an ‘extraordinary woman’, she recalled how her mother “never thought any man was worthy” of her.

The post has photos of her mother, her father, and her German stepfather Heinz. She added, “If I were ever low, I would crawl into her bed in our apartment off Nepean Sea Road, lay by her side and hold her hand. No words would be spoken, but my turmoil would settle and I would feel secure.”

While she reflected on breaking her mother’s heart, Aman also noted that they were good once her first son was born.

On the work front, she will be next seen in Bun Tikki and Margao Files.
