Elden Ring movie full cast revealed, includes Game of Thrones and The Last of Us stars
A release date is also pencilled in the calendar.
Alex Garland’s Elden Ring movie is gathering steam as A24 and Bandai Namco has revealed a long list of actors set to appear in the production – and you’ll likely recognise a lot of them from some big projects.
It appears that Garland is calling in a lot of talent he’s used in his previous projects, including Kit Connor from Warfare, and both Cailee Spaeny and Nick Offerman from Civil War.
Nick Offerman also famously appeared in HBO’s live action adaptation of The Last of Us, so this isn’t his first video game rodeo.

Other notable actors include Ben Wishaw of Skyfall and Paddington fame. Jonathan Pryce makes the list too, who you’ll likely recognise from Game of Thrones and Pirates of the Caribbean.
Here’s the full list of actors announced for the A24 Elden Ring movie:
- Kit Connor
- Ben Whishaw
- Cailee Spaeny
- Tom Burke
- Havana Rose Liu
- Sonoya Mizuno
- Jonathan Pryce
- Ruby Cruz
- Nick Offerman
- John Hodgkinson
- Jefferson Hall
- Emma Laird
- Peter Serafinowicz
There are no characters tied to each of these roles just yet, so we’re still in the dark as to which part of the Elden Ring story Garland is adapting.
All we know is that the movie will be based on the Elden Ring source material, which was famously written by Game of Thrones writer George RR Martin.
Elden Ring went on to become a global phenomenon following its release in 2022, selling 30 million copies worldwide.
Bandai Namco also revealed that the Elden Ring movie is scheduled for a March 3, 2028 release date. Production is set to begin this spring with it being filmed for IMAX.
