The highly acclaimed film, The Theory of Everything, starring Eddie Redmayne as the renowned physicist Stephen Hawking, has recently been added to Netflix, sparking widespread excitement among film fans.

Initially released in 2014, the movie is based on the memoir Traveling to Infinity: My Life With Stephen Hawking, written by Jane Hawking, and offers a poignant portrayal of Hawking’s life, including his battle with motor neurone disease.

Redmayne’s stunning performance as Hawking earned him widespread critical acclaim, with Felicity Jones also delivering a powerful performance as Jane Hawking.

The film boasts an all-star cast, including Charlie Cox, David Thewlis, Emily Watson, Maxine Peake, Harry Lloyd, Charlotte Hope, and Simon McBurney.

The film’s synopsis reads: “In the 1960s, Cambridge University student and future physicist Stephen Hawking falls in love with fellow collegian Jane Wilde. Upon its initial release, The Theory of Everything garnered widespread critical acclaim, with Redmayne’s powerful performance receiving particular praise, reports Surrey Live.
