Travis Kelce jokingly compared his relationship with girlfriend Taylor Swift to the 1990 romantic comedy Pretty Woman.
While reviewing the film with his brother, Jason Kelce, during the Wednesday, July 23, episode of their “New Heights” podcast, both brothers said they were impressed by the iconic film that stars Richard Gere as a successful businessman and Julia Roberts as a prostitute.
While they gave the movie high scores in many categories, Travis, 35, and Jason, 37, said they had a difficult time deciding on the “feminism score.” After all, the film depicts Gere’s character saving Roberts’ character from life as a prostitute.
“I think the only way to gauge it is to flip the script,” Travis said. “I think we need to make Pretty Man. And we need to have a CEO billionaire woman be so high class that she doesn’t know where she’s going. She doesn’t know how to drive a car.”
Jason then referenced Travis’ romance with Swift, 35, by responding, “Travis, you’re living Pretty Man right now. You are pretty man. You’re living your own Julia Roberts straight down.”
The Kansas City Chiefs star burst out into laughter. “I’m wearing nothing but a tie when Taylor comes home,” he joked.

Swift and Travis have been dating since the summer of 2023, and the couple has remained one of the most talked about duos in Hollywood. Throughout their romance, Travis has traveled around the world to support Swift on her Eras tour and she has supported him at many of his games.
Travis went on to reflect on meeting Roberts, 57, at an Eras tour show in Dublin in June 2024. “That’s why me and Julia Roberts — when I met Julia — it felt like we were the same person, so cool,” he quipped. “She spoke to me in this movie.”
“All right. Now it’s all I’m doing. I’m just the NFL stripper,” he humorously added. “That’s it. Just an NFL hooker, man.”
