Off screen, she has been happily married to 56-year-old singer Keith Urban for two decades.
But her on-screen alter egos are earning Nicole Kidman a reputation as the ultimate cougar.
The 57-year-old has been cast opposite a roster of increasingly youthful male stars. This year she was paired with Brian Tee, who is ten years her junior and played her husband in the Amazon series Expats.
Then she was in the Netflix movie A Family Affair alongside heart-throb Zac Efron, 37.
Ms Kidman’s character Brooke Harwood, a widow, begins a relationship with a young actor which sees her romp with co-star Efron.

But it is her latest movie Babygirl, in cinemas from December, that sees her star opposite her youngest toyboy yet. She plays a married company boss who falls for a kinky young intern played by London-born Harris Dickinson, 28.
The near 30-year age gap makes him younger than her two eldest children, Bella, 31, and Connor, 29, who she adopted with ex-husband Tom Cruise, 62.
Dickinson, who has starred in The Iron Claw with Efron, said he was ‘pinching’ himself to work with Ms Kidman.
He said: ‘Subtly, I kept asking her things like, ‘What was it like working with Stanley Kubrick?’ I was poking at the fact that she is this monolithic figure in cinema.’
You have to go back to 2020’s The Undoing, with Hugh Grant, 64, to see Ms Kidman with an older male love interest.
