Rose Byrne looked completely unrecognisable on Monday as she filmed her latest movie Tow.
The Australian actress, 44, transformed into a blonde beauty, swapping her dark locks for a bleached wig on the set of the flick in Cranford, New Jersey.
She had her locks styled in a 50s-style beehive, secured with a pink bandana and flower.
She continued the retro theme in her costume, wearing a worn out black leather jacket, pair of baggy jeans and a jumper.
Rose was spotted filming scenes alongside her co-star Dominic Sessa who donned a pair of grey slacks and a navy sweater for his character.
Throughout the day, Rose helped the young breakout star out by going over lines in the script.
Tow is a feature film being created by Stephanie Laing, and is based on the true story of Amanda Ogle (Rose) who ‘fought her way out of tow-company hell’.
The Seattle woman was slapped with a towing bill for $21,634 and had to struggle to reclaim her life and the car which held it all together.
Amanda will work on the film as an executive producer, with the clip also starring pop idol Demi Lovato.
The original screen play of the movie was written by Jonathan Keasey, Brant Boivin and Annie Weisman, the latter of whom worked with Rose on her series Physical.
Stephanie also worked with Annie and Rose on the Apple TV+ show which came to an end after three seasons last year.
Rose was executive producer on the show, and played the lead role of housewife Sheila Rubin who transformed her life after becoming an aerobics instructor.
‘We are so grateful to Apple, Tomorrow Studios, and all our creative collaborators for the chance to bring Sheila to life in all her gritty glory,’ Rose told Deadline.
‘With this final season, Sheila’s three act saga of rebellion, recovery, and redemption comes to the satisfying conclusion that she and her fans so richly deserve.’
