Netflix’s new concert movie Olivia Rodrigo: GUTS World Tour was just released, and these 24 songs represent the full set list included in the movie. The GUTS World Tour is actress and singer-songwriter Olivia Rodrigo’s second-ever concert tour as a headliner and combines songs from her two studio albums, Sour (2021) and GUTS (2023). Like many of the best concert movies, GUTS World Tour was filmed during just one show on the tour—in this case, a Los Angeles show—and focused on the concert alone rather than additional documentary content.
Rodrigo is following in the footsteps of other pop stars who have released concert movies recently, most notably Taylor Swift’s Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour movie, which is one of several Taylor Swift documentaries and concert movies, and Beyoncé’s Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, which is likewise one of several Beyoncé documentary movies. As the songs in the Eras Tour movie prove, though, not every song in a concert set list is going to make it into the movie. Here is every song in the Olivia Rodrigo: GUTS World Tour movie, including one surprise song with a special guest.

bad idea right?
Album: GUTS
Olivia Rodrigo begins the GUTS World Tour with the high-energy song “bad idea right?” that includes playful lyrics like “I only see him as a friend (the biggest lie I ever said).” Rodrigo comes out in a sparkly silver outfit complete with fishnets and immediately gets the crowd uproariously singing along with her, with the massive screen behind her following her movements in her signature purple color. Rodrigo’s jumping, head-banging, and high-kicking has the desired effect, and the crowd finishes the song with a massive wave of screaming.

ballad of a homeschooled girl
Album: GUTS
From “bad idea right?” Rodrigo goes immediately into “ballad of a homeschooled girl,” another song from her newer album, Guts. This song is similar in energy level and tone to “bad idea right?”, although Rodrigo does briefly slow things down by dropping to her knees and singing a bit softer. By the end of the song, though, she is back on her feet, spinning in a circle as lights flash behind her.

How To Watch Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour
Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour gives people new ways to experience Taylor Swift’s concert. Here is how to watch the movie in theaters or on streaming.
vampire
Album: GUTS
It’s between “ballad of a homeschooled girl” and the next song, “vampire,” that Rodrigo addresses her audience, yelling, “How are you doing tonight, Los Angeles?” Rodrigo then welcomes the crowd to the GUTS World Tour and acknowledges that this is her hometown show. After that, Rodrigo begins “vampire,” a song that picks up its pace but is still a more soulful, pained song than either of the first two in the set list.
traitor
Album: Sour
Rodrigo’s next song, “traitor,” continues the more somber tone from “vampire,” although it slows things down much more. This song, like many others on her first studio album, Sour, touches upon heartbreak and betrayal with lyrics like, “Remember I brought her up, and you told me I was paranoid?” The crowd sings along with Rodrigo throughout the song, and the camera cuts to several emotional audience members.

Any singer knows they’ve made it when popular shows and movies begin featuring their music, and such is the case for Olivia Rodrigo.
drivers license
Album: Sour
Following “traitor” is “drivers license,” another song from Sour. This song is arguably one of Rodrigo’s best known, and the crowd screams in excitement when the song begins and then quickly joins in when the lyrics start. This song also sees Rodrigo seated at the piano and maintains the tone of the previous songs, although Rodrigo continues to smile at the crowd throughout the song.
teenage dream
Album: GUTS
Rodrigo stays at the piano for the next song, “teenage dream,” and clips of young Olivia Rodrigo play in the background on the screen as she sings. The images of Rodrigo as a little girl add to the emotions of the already crushing song, which comes to a head towards the very end of the song, when young Rodrigo can be heard saying, “Hi, my name’s Olivia, I’m five years old, and it’s a real honor to meet you here tonight.” Throughout the song, audience members are shown, some of whom have visible tears on their faces.
pretty isn’t pretty
Album: GUTS
There is a clear tonal shift with the next song, “pretty isn’t pretty.” Although the topic of the song—struggling against feelings of self-loathing—is still very heavy, Rodrigo is back on her feet, and she appears on the stage alongside her dancers, who are all holding large prop lollipops. The song also touchingly includes Rodrigo and the dancers leaning upon one another, a visible and physical representation of their support for each other regarding what is a very relatable experience of struggling with self-image.

love is embarrassing
Album: GUTS
The next song, “love is embarrassing,” sees the return of Rodrigo’s playful jumping, stomping, and smiling, alongside lyrics like “You found a new version of me, and I damn near started World War III,” and she brings the energy back up in the stadium following the more somber songs. It is also after this song that Rodrigo brings attention to her dancers, background vocalists, and musicians. Rodrigo names each of them and gives them a chance to introduce themselves as the crowd cheers.
The next song, “love is embarrassing,” sees the return of Rodrigo’s playful jumping, stomping, and smiling.
making the bed
Album: GUTS
The next song in the lineup, “making the bed,” sees Rodrigo lying down on the floor as lights go up behind her. This song is yet another heavy one, with reflections like, “Sometimes I feel like I don’t want to be where I am.” This song, perhaps more than any other in GUTS World Tour, takes on a visually artistic edge, with Rodrigo contorting her body on the floor, at times not even singing.
logical
Album: GUTS
Following the quiet sadness of “making the bed,” “logical” sees Rodrigo balancing on a large moon, which moves through the air alongside numerous stars. Throughout the song, Rodrigo moves across the crowd, waving to fans as she goes. This song also includes clips of audience members crying and becoming emotional as Rodrigo sings lyrics like, “I know I’m half responsible, and that makes me feel horrible.”
enough for you
Album: Sour
Rodrigo stays on the moon for the next song, “enough for you,” although she first acknowledges that she is playing six shows in Los Angeles, again referring to it as her hometown. This song is another inclusion from Rodrigo’s first studio album, Sour, and, like many songs in the concert, is full of emotion. With lyrics like, “All I ever wanted was to be enough for you,” the song is sad, but Rodrigo lightens the mood by continuing to move through the crowd on the moon, pointing to specific audience members and waving, maintaining a smile all the while.
lacy
Album: GUTS
Rodrigo is back on the stage for the next song, “lacy.” For this song, Rodrigo stands upon a circular elevated part of the stage, as her dancers move on the floor around her. In fact, “lacy” is perhaps the song that most emphasizes the dancers, as, at one point, they even stand in front of Rodrigo on the stage, using the ribbons in their hair to connect them.
so american
Album: GUTS
Before “so american,” Rodrigo talks about how wonderful it is to be home and highlights that, although she enjoyed drinking wine in Italy and eating escargot in France, she missed In-N-Out Burger and is, aptly, “so American.” This song is much more upbeat than those that come before it in the set list, and Rodrigo even runs across the stage holding her guitar. At the end of this song, audience members also pass cowboy hats to Rodrigo and bassist Moa Munoz that read “Gays 4 Liv,” which both Munoz and Rodrigo put on.
jealousy, jealousy
Album: Sour
The next song, “jealousy, jealousy” is similar in tone to “so american,” at least in terms of energy, but the audience gets a thrilling change of pace when Rodrigo begins walking through the crowd during the song. Fans can be seen reaching their hands out to touch Rodrigo’s as she walks by and trying to get pictures and videos as she stops in one spot and sings directly to a group. An even bigger surprise was announced immediately following this song, however, as Rodrigo revealed she was going to bring a special guest out on the stage.

HOT TO GO!
Album: The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess
Rodrigo shockingly brought out singer-songwriter Chappell Roan, and together they sang one of Roan’s most popular songs, “HOT TO GO!” Rodrigo and Roan took turns singing the lyrics and dancing, at times also singing alongside one another. Audience members seemed just as excited about this guest and the surprise song as they did Rodrigo’s other songs, and GUTS World Tour showed the crowd dancing and singing along.
happier
Album: Sour
After the high-energy song “HOT TO GO!” Roan exited the stage, and Rodrigo slowed things down considerably once again with the song “happier” from Sour. During this song, Rodrigo sat on the stage floor next to guitarist Daisy Spencer. Together, Spencer and Rodrigo smile even through lyrics like “I hope you’re happy, just not like how you were with me.” Rodrigo also comments that the audience has “pipes,” which gets a massive response.
favorite crime
Album: Sour
Spencer and Rodrigo stay on the floor for “favorite crime,” which is similar in topic and tone to “happier.” This song also cuts to various audience members passionately singing the lyrics, and even Spencer begins to sing the lyrics at certain points. Rodrigo also belts sections of this song, bringing even more emotion to the stage, although she ends by smiling and blowing a kiss to the crowd.
deja vu
Album: Sour
Another one of Rodrigo’s best-known songs, “deja vu,” is met with thunderous applause when it begins, and the audience members prove they know the song when Rodrigo asks them to sing the lyrics. They sing, “So when you gonna tell her that we did that too? She thinks it’s special, but it’s all reused” without Rodrigo, at which point she picks up the lyrics once more. Rodrigo follows this up by having different sides of the audience sing specific parts.
the grudge
Album: GUTS
Rodrigo follows “deja vu” with the sadder song “the grudge” from GUTS. This song includes gut-punching lyrics like “We both drew blood, but man, those cuts were never equal” and “How could anybody do the things you did so easily?” At some points during this song, unlike in many others, Rodrigo also looks upset herself, and while that could certainly be part of her performance, it would make sense for such heavy lyrics to make an impact on stage.
brutal
Album: Sour
One of Rodrigo’s most energetic songs, “brutal,” comes next and sees Rodrigo in a new bright red outfit, which fits the mood shift between “the grudge” and “brutal.” The popularity of the song is evident in the crowd’s screaming, jumping, and singing along, and Rodrigo increases the energy in the stadium that much more by returning to her jumping, dancing, and skipping across the stage. The song also includes brilliant guitar and drum solos from the musicians, giving them a moment to shine.
