Many years ago, Remo D’Souza was going to direct a film starring Salman Khan in the lead role. Reportedly, the film was titled Dancing Dad, and was also supposed to star Daisy Shah and Jacqueline Fernandez. However, the film was put on a backburner, and the whole team then worked together on Race 3. Later, Remo decided to revive the film, and got Abhishek Bachchan on board to play the lead role, and Nora Fatehi was roped in to portray the female lead along with child artist Inayat Verma.

Last year, during their slate announcement, Be Happy was officially announced by Amazon Prime Video, and now, the film is all set to premiere on the OTT platform on March 14, 2025. The trailer of Be Happy has been released, and it is very impressive.

It revolves around a kid who wants to become a dancer, and her father wants to fulfil her dream. But, of course, there are hurdles and the father, who is a non-dancer, has to learn dancing to join his daughter for the reality show. Abhishek took to X to share the trailer with everyone. He posted, “Sometimes it takes two to achieve a dream.”

If you are a dance movies fan, than the trailer of Be Happy will surely grab your attention. It looks like a feel-good, fun dance film filled with some good performances. While Abhishek and Nora are good in the trailer, Inayat surely steals the show. The child actor has impressed us with her performances in multiple movies like Ludo, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, and others.

Remo D’Souza’s has directed my movies, but his dance-based films like ABCD: Any Body Can Dance, ABCD 2, and Street Dancer 3D has impressed one and all. So, there are a lot of expectations from Be Happy as well. Also, after watching the trailer, you will feel like watching this movie in a theatre. But, the makers have opted for an OTT release.

So, let’s wait and watch whether Be Happy, a dance-based film featruing Abhishek, Nora, Inayat will impress us or not.
