Ryan Reynolds was spotted filming on set of Mayday in Montreal on Friday.
The 47-year-old actor looked dashing in a white Navy uniform and his brown hair styled in a sleek pompadour during production of his upcoming action adventure movie.
Although his role in the feature from Apple Original Films has not yet been revealed, he was seen filming in a room with a stunning waterfront view in the background.
Later, the film producer — who paid tribute to the late Deadpool & Wolverine production designer following his shocking death last week — was seen changing locations and throwing on a warm puffer coat over his uniform.
In Mayday, Reynolds will star opposite Oppenheimer‘s Kenneth Branagh.
Last month, it was announced that Maria Bakalova (Borat Subsequent Moviefilm), Marcin Dorocinski (Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One), Lovell Adams-Gray (Power Book II: Ghost) and Clark Johnson (The Wire) would be joining the cast.
The logline for the upcoming flick has not yet been revealed.
A release date for Mayday has not yet been announced, but the movie is speculated to arrive sometime in 2025.
It was previously revealed last June that Reynolds and Branagh would be starring in the movie — which is directed by Dungeons & Dragons filmmaking duo Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley.
Around that same time last year, production began for Deadpool 3 and Reynolds was filming for the upcoming Marvel film.
Last month, the action-packed trailer for the movie titled Deadpool & Wolverine — which features Hugh Jackman reprising his iconic superhero role to face off with Reynolds — was released.
The first trailer debuted during the Super Bowl and broke the record for the most viewed movie trailer with 365 million views in less than 24 hours.
In the action comedy — which is the third installment in the Deadpool series of films and the first set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe — Reynolds and Jackman hilariously bicker with each other and are forced to team up to defeat a common enemy.
It was confirmed that the plot will take place before the events of 2017’s Logan, in which Jackman’s Wolverine was killed and was set in the year 2029.
Deadpool & Wolverine comes nearly six years after the release of Deadpool 2.
The first Deadpool was released in 2016 and made box office history as the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time, earning $782.8 million worldwide from just a $58 million budget.
The 2018 sequel Deadpool 2 took in $785.6 million from a $110 million budget that paved the way for the third installment.
Deadpool & Wolverine will premiere in theaters later this year on July 26.
