There’s enough Jason Statham on Netflix to cover a full action movie weekend, although not all of his movies are worth a watch. Maybe avoid the likes of War, and go for Parker, The Bank Job or, most recommended for action fans, Crank.

Statham plays an English hitman based in Los Angeles, Chev Chelios, who finds himself in quite a delicate situation: the mafia has poisoned him, so he must keep his adrenaline flowing to keep himself alive, while he tracks down the person who poisoned him hoping to find an antidote.

It’s an electrifying, brutal action film, as stupid as it is genius.
