Crunchyroll’s Next Big Movie Finally Drops English Dub Trailer
Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment are coming to theaters later this Fall with a huge new movie, and we’ve finally gotten an English dub trailer showing off what to expect. Crunchyroll has been steadily decreasing the release window for their anime feature film releases in the past few years, and it’s been a big boon to fans. As they continue to work together with Sony Pictures Entertainment, instead of waiting for a year after it first hit theaters in Japan like before, new movies are being internationally released within a couple of months instead. It’s an even shorter wait for the next one too.
Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc is hitting theaters across Japan this month, but Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment will be bringing the new film to the United States and Canada just a month later in October. It’s a really quick turnaround for the fans who have been waiting to see more of Chainsaw Man‘s anime in action, and now we’ve gotten the first English dubbed trailer for Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc ahead of its Fall launch. Check it out below.
Chainsaw Man’s New Movie Releases English Dub Trailer
Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc will first be hitting theaters in Japan on September 19th, but fans in other territories won’t have to be waiting very long to see it for themselves. It will be coming to the United States and Canada on October 29th (just in time for the spooky Halloween season), and will be available in Japanese and English language audio. But even with the release of this first trailer revealing the dub, the voice cast for the film has yet to be confirmed as of this time. But it’s highly likely that it will feature a returning cast much like the Japanese release.
The new movie will also feature a returning staff from the TV anime series as well. Tatsuya Yoshihara returns from the Chainsaw Man TV series to serve as director for studio MAPPA with Hiroshi Seko providing the script, Kazutaka Sugiyama handling the character designs, and kensuke ushio composing the music. But this new film will be picking up from the events of the TV series too, so it’s going to be very necessary to make sure you’re caught up with everything before jumping into the new movie. Because there’s going to be a lot going on.
How to Catch Up With Chainsaw Man

Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc will likely be confusing for those jumping into the franchise for the first time because it’s a wild world full of devils in the midst of a major arc, but thankfully there’s a great way to catch up with everything before the new movie hits. Not only does Crunchyroll offer the first season of the series with both Japanese and English dubbed audio exclusively, but there are even more convenient ways to catch up if you are strapped for time ahead of the movie’s release.
Chainsaw Man has released two special compilation films sharing the important events from the anime’s debut season that you can check out with Crunchyroll now as well. Titled Chainsaw Man – The Compilation: Part I and Chainsaw Man – The Compilation: Part II, these are an even faster way to get acquainted with the anime franchise with even some new materials in the form of the Chainsaw Days spinoff launched with the films as well.
