Nintendo has announced that the first trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie will arrive this Wednesday. It’ll be featured at a special Nintendo Direct dedicated to the upcoming motion picture.

Nintendo announced its next Direct this afternoon. It’ll take place on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 6 a.m. PT/9 a.m. ET. Nintendo has confirmed that the showcase will include the first trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, which will take Mario and friends to outer space. The YouTube link for the trailer is live now, and features a group of toads on boats, looking up as stars shoot towards Peach’s castle.

In addition to the trailer, we could also learn about any new additions to the voice cast for The Super Mario Galaxy movie. We got our first look at the movie (along with a title announcement) back in September.
