Taylor Swift left fans ‘screaming and crying’ from joy on Friday, after announcing that she will be having a theatrical release party to celebrate her upcoming new album, The Life of a Showgirl.

The superstar, 35 — who has been struggling with an alleged stalker — is planning the theatrical event to coincide with the October 3 launch of her 12th studio album.

‘I hereby invite you to a *dazzling* soirée, The Official Release Party of a Showgirl: Oct 3 – Oct 5 only in cinemas!’ she shared via an Instagram post on Friday.

‘You’ll get to see the exclusive world premiere of the music video for my new single “The Fate of Ophelia”, along with never before seen behind-the-scenes footage of how we made it, cut by cut explanations of what inspired this music, and the brand new lyric videos from my new album The Life of a Showgirl.’

‘Looks like it’s time to brush off that Eras Tour outfit or orange cardigan… Tickets are on sale now. Dancing is optional but very much encouraged,’ the star added.

She wrapped up the post writing: ‘Showtimes may vary, so check your local listings. Tickets are limited and available at releasepartyofashowgirl.com.’

The singer also released a stunning new photo, featuring her in burlesque-inspired red showgirl costume. 

The outfit saw her in a sequined top, a feathered boa around her arms, and an elaborate headdress with red feathers and a jeweled crown. 

Her makeup was dramatic, and featured bold eyeliner and red lipstick. 

‘Taylor Swift: The Official Release Party of a Showgirl’ experience is reported to be 89 minutes long, as per Variety.

It will be shown in cinemas from Friday to Sunday during the album’s release weekend. 

The event’s highlight is likely to be premiere of the new music video for the song ‘The Fate of Ophelia.’ 

It will be shown at all 540 AMC Theatres locations, continuing Swift’s deal with the chain. 

It will also be available at thousands of other theaters across North America, including Cinemark and Regal. 

Tickets go on sale today at 12:12 p.m. ET.

The showings will be a different experience in one key respect.

The Life of a Showgirl is scheduled for release on October 3

However, the announcement added, ‘To help ensure everyone’s enjoyment of the show, guests may not stand on seats or block any aisles or stairs.’

The release party will be available in several other countries alongside its U.S. release.

This includes Canada, Mexico, the U.K., Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. Tickets for these international showtimes will go on sale next Tuesday.

Some countries not included on the list will get the film on a later weekend in October, with an official announcement expected around October 3. 

The release will face competition from Dwayne Johnson’s movie ‘The Smashing Machine’ and a re-release of ‘Avatar: The Way of Water.’ 

Her Swifties were thrilled by the announcement, with one writing, ‘OMG TAYLORRRRRRRRRRRR I AM SCREAMING & CRYING RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS SOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITING!!!!!!!!!!!!’

Another added, ‘I have a feeling this is going to be the biggest thing to hit theaters that weekend. I am so hyped for both the film and the new music video to be released together.’
