Yes, you read that headline right. Jonathan Majors fell out of a window filming the Daily Wire’s next action movie, which led to crew member’s walking off set over the accident.

The former Marvel star played Kang the Conqueror in the Loki TV series as well as Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. However, Majors parted ways with the MCU after domestic abuse allegations were made against him and he was later found guilty of assault.

Instead, Marvel pivoted its next crossover movie to revolve around Doctor Doom (Robert Downey Jr.), and Avengers: Doomsday is slated for release in December.

Majors is currently filming an untitled action movie for The Daily Wire, and production company Bonfire Legend, and a new video shows him falling out of a window with his costar, JC Kilcoyne.

Deadline broke the news that Jonathan Majors fell out of a window, posting a video from the set showing the star filming a scene where he and his costar get shot at. The pair fell six feet to the floor, but it’s unclear whether Majors sustained any injuries as a result of the fall. However sources told the outlet Kilcoyne needed stitches on his hands.

A representative for Kilcoyne gave a statement to Deadline, saying he “is doing well and was taken care of immediately by production.” They also explained: “JC did not feel unsafe on set and continues to have a positive experience working on the project.”

The accident occurred because the glass wasn’t fixed into the window, as it was going to be used in another stunt later on in production.

Crew members alleged other unsafe incidents on the set of the Daily Wire action film, with some claiming that they pushed back on using a location that was filled with black mold, while there were apparently numerous times that props accidentally fell on staff while filming.

The crew has gone on strike over the conditions on set, with many wanting the union to negotiate with the Daily Wire and Bonfire Legend.

Referring to the strike, producer Dallas Sonnier told the outlet: “The entire industry is in freefall due to strikes, and now that their members are out of work, they’re trying to sabotage the few people who are still producing. We don’t negotiate with communists.”

He did not comment on whether Majors was injured during the accident.
