The first scripted biopic about The Boss is in theaters soon.
The feature film about Jersey Shore rocker and Garden State icon Bruce Springsteen is in theaters later this month.
The movie, which already premiered at the Telluride Film Festival and was screened at the New York Film Festival, delves into personal aspects of Springsteen’s life, including his struggle with depression, his relationship with his father, and even flashback scenes from his childhood in Freehold, New Jersey.
“Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere” was directed by Scott Cooper, known for directing crime drama movies like “Hostiles” and “Out of the Furnace.” In the movie, Springsteen is played by Jeremy Allen White, of “The Bear” and “Shameless” fame.

Springsteen movie release date, where to watch
“Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere” is set to hit theaters on Friday, Oct. 24. You can see the movie in Cinemark, Regal and AMC theaters.
The runtime is 120 minutes — two hours.
Is ‘Deliver Me from Nowhere’ on streaming?
The Boss’ biopic, “Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere” gets a theater-release on Oct. 24.
No date has been set yet for the movie to jump to streaming platforms and it’s not clear which platform will get it first. However, because the movie is being distributed by 20the Century Studios, a Disney property, Disney+ or Hulu are the likely leading contenders.
